Programs

New Bulgarian University offers tuition in Bachelor, Master and Doctoral programs as well as different forms of continuing education: masterclasses, language courses, programs and courses for qualification and retraining, management courses.

NBU programs are composed of courses and extracurricular forms of training. Students choose whether to study in standard or individual programs. Standard programs are developed by NBU and are allocated in accredited professional fields. Individual programs are designed by the students and combine individually chosen courses and extracurricular forms of training from different programs in accredited professional fields.

Gaining a certain number of credits is required in order to get the relevant degree:

Professional Bachelor of…: 180 credits
Bachelor: 240 credits
Master in Law: 350 credits
Master in Architecture: 360 credits

The programs for the academic year 2019/2020 aim students personal development, forming an enterprising, socially responsible persons, prepared for modern life conditions. Therefore practical courses and internships are envisaged during the last semesters of the tuition.
