PROGRAM AWARDING “SPECIALIST” DEGREE

HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
The program was created by an international project for hotel and restaurant management with the Republic of France and is oriented to preparation of future managerial staff in hotel and restaurant management, who know German and French language. Training is three years long, with intensive learning of French and German and alternating theoretical and practical courses, as well as compulsory practices in Bulgaria and abroad. Learning a third foreign language is possible.
 
HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING (in French language)
The program was created and is realised with the collaboration of the High School of hotel and restaurant management and tourism “Paul  Augier” – Nice, France, the administration of the Academy in Nice, the Embassy of the French Republic in Bulgaria and the French Cultural Institute – Sofia. Training is three years long. 80% of the studied courses are in French, with intensive learning of English and Russian. The alteration of theoretical and practical courses with provided training practices in France and Bulgaria are characteristic of the tuition. The successful graduates are awarded a national diploma for a specialist in hotel and restaurant management, issued by the French Ministry of Education and a Bulgarian diploma for a “specialist in hotel and restaurant marketing and management”.
